OpenCRVS Interoperability Hackathon

OpenCRVS is launching the OpenCRVS Interoperability Hackathon in partnership with ID4Africa. This is a unique opportunity for system integrators (SI), ID vendors and Digital Public Goods (DPGs) to test and demonstrate the value of interoperability with a digital civil registration system.

Participating organisations will get access to an OpenCRVS test environment and a suite of interfaces to allow them to test and prove interoperability use cases/scenarios and showcase their solutions during the ID4Africa AGM in May.
Interested in participating?

Register here to attend the technical briefing session on 9th March. This session will provide full details of the hackathon, including:

  • Technical details of the interfaces currently supported, including OSIA compliance (Health Notification, National ID Webhook, Custom Birth / Death Webhooks and Record Search).

  • Details of the OpenCRVS test environment that will be used to support the hackathon.

  • Demonstration of the OpenCRVS functionality that will be available in the test environment.

  • Timelines and available support for the hackathon.

During the ID4Africa AGM in May participating organisations will be able to showcase their interoperability use cases in the OpenCRVS hackathon space.

If you have a question regarding your submission, please contact team@opencrvs.org with “OpenCRVS Interoperability Hackathon” in the subject line.
