Digital Square at PATH is soliciting applications for a subaward to support the evolution of the current Quantification Analytics Tool (QAT) into a robust, open-source project. The aim is to gain formal approval as a global good and digital public good through enhancements that increase the maturity of the QAT, thereby fostering a broader network of contributors, administrators, and end-users.
The QAT is a solution for country-led forecasting and supply planning for health commodities. It is supported by the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM). The QAT is designed specifically for use in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) and plays an essential role in national traceability systems.

Applicants will be notified of the decision by Friday, August 30, 2024. Final award is subject to the terms and conditions included in this solicitation as well as successful final negotiations of all applicable terms and conditions affecting this work.
